The nightmare is over for the victim. The nightmare of the executioners is just beginning
After years of complicated court proceedings, businessman Elan Schwartzenberg was acquitted and his arrest warrant was canceled. The media did not give him the presumption of innocence. Justice did not give him a fair trial. The nightmare ended as a result of the prescription game and the struggle of a tenacious lawyer. What will happen now to his robe wearing tormentors? This is the question!
I AM NO SAINT
A controversial figure, like anyone
who does not accept to die with the regret of not having done anything while alive,
Elan Schwartzenberg has lived through a nightmare in a world devoid of critical
thinking.
He was a Romanian businessman, adept of the Jewish religion, who proved to be
able to make money by capitalizing on the opportunities created by Romania’s
transition from state controlled economy to the free market economy. In other
words, he was a successful entrepreneur who created Romanian private capital.
His „mistake” was to invest in areas that intersected with the interests of the „deep state.” Among them was the very important, strategic and therefore desired one: the electronic media.
The refusal to cooperate with the „deep state” led to his ostracization. Sentenced by the occult power to “civil death,” he was stropped of the assets he held in Romania and handed over to SRI-DNA tandem, becoming a victim of selective justice.
In an emotional conversation that we had yesterday, for the Q Magazine readers, after the end of the proceedings before the judiciary, after long years of media and judiciary harassment, this is how Elan Schwartzenberg describes himself: “I was not have and I am no saint, I sincerely hate hypocrisy, I take full responsibility for everything I have done, good and bad, but I refuse to pay, in any way, for something I have not do.”
PRESCRIPTION SAVES THE EXEMPLARY JUSTICE
We cannot say for sure that Elan Schwartzenberg acted perfectly legal in all situations. Until a final decision by a competent court, based on solid evidence which can issue a justification beyond reasonable doubt, he is however, and must be treated as, innocent.
What we can say, on the other hand, is that it is not an act of justice when a man is subjected to odium and judicial sanctions for what he has not done, possibly a as compensation for being left alone in relation to what is supposed to have done. And that’s not because the aim is to protect legality through exemplary convictions, but the favoring of corrupt clans who have seized the instruments of state power and want to direct both the state and society according to their interests, including through crime.
It is the case of Elan Schwartzenberg, perfectly exemplified in the statement given to Q Magazine:
I was prosecuted for alleged complicity with former Mayor of Constanța, Radu Mazăre. Three ICCJ judges refused Radu Mazăre’s arrest in 2014, and three others, also ICCJ judges, acquitted him in June 2018. Even though I accused of complicity with Mazăre, I was sued separately, which is totally unusual in judicial practice. I was subpoenaed contrary to the law at a non-existent address, and subsequently subjected to an arrest warrant issued illegally, which, can you believe it, was upheld for one year after ICCJ issued the acquittal. When all is said and done, I was accused of being an accomplice to a non-existent crime… clearly and unequivocal.”
An accomplice to an crime that the justice itself had to admit as non-existent was kept on the wanted list and forced to flee the country to escape the horrors of Romanian pre-trial detention, which have horrified the ECHR, until the expiry of the prescription term. A circumstance that did not actually save Elan Schwartzenberg (E.S.), but has helped the system of selective justice itself out of the ditch, thus exempting it from admitting, after a trial, that for years it has turned the life of an innocent person into hell. This even thought the political target had been achieved: a leader of the Romanian community of entrepreneurs had been eliminated.
THE MEDIA AS PROPAGAND TOOL OF THE SELECTIVE JUSTICE
What did the „watchdog of democracy and rule of law” do all this time? E.S. Also spoke about this.
„Very few journalists tried to understand the facts and presented the abuses. I thank them and I will not nominate them in order to protect them. The rest called me all kinds of things because of the lack of professional deontology or in search of rating. How idiotic and irresponsible are their patrons (also facing jail time) to allow them to support the system using their money?”
These patrons, of course, are also blind and immoral, but above all they are hostages of an illegitimate power that has usurped state authority and transformed free media, by means that include judicial blackmail and abuse, into a docile propaganda instrument of the mafia.
NATIONAL TRAGEDIES AND PERSONAL TRAGEDIES
This is how the Romanian capital emigrated, becoming foreign capital. Romanian businessmen, driven away by the „deep state” are reinventing themselves in other lands, that are not only more welcoming, but also wiser and more aware of their national interests. For Romania this is a national tragedy.
Elan Schwartzenberg continues: Luckily, the city of Tel Aviv is my son’s favorite place. He was here for all holidays, and for me it’s HOME. A heavenly climate, good food, lots of outdoor sports, old and new friends. In addition, it is the realm of IT innovations. A start-up country, both literally and figuratively. Here I have reinvented myself professionally and found a great deal of satisfaction.”
But this is not a happy end. The road to another home, imposed by Romanian injustice, was littered with personal tragedies: „My life partner for the last ten years, being pregnant in 2016, healthy and with the perfect results on specific tests, spontaneously aborted, after the shock of finding out from news about the issued arrest warrant. It was probably the last train for the two of us…”
STATE INJUSTICE CALLS FOR POPULAR RETRIBUTION
This is why: „Strictly for this I will never forgive all those responsible. I thank my lawyer Florin Cojocaru for his tenacity and professionalism in handling this case. I leave up to him any legal actions against the culprits. I do not believe in divine judgment, nor in moral or financial satisfaction obtained through justice over these EXECUTIONERS.

I can, however, solemnly promise to each and one of them that a man who has the means and is willing to use them, with determination, consistency and creativity, in order to make those who have given the hell pay, can turn their life the life and their families into a living hell (your family is equally „entitled” to the same status as mine), while fully observing the law and not committing any crime… Life is long and full of surprises. I did not name them, but I know in detail the name and the life story of each participant in this saga. I sleep well. Do you?”
It is not appropriate to describe in any way this outcry of sorrow of a man whose ordeal is over from the formal standpoint. The scars of the suffered injuries will remain visible and painful forever.
And precisely these scars should not give pause to the robe wearing executioners. Those who still judge in a contemptuous and arrogant way. Those who celebrate with champagne sending innocents to prison. Those who refuse even the slightest gesture of atonement and unite against the victims who request minimal repairs not for lost wealth and compromised projects, but rather for the tarnished reputation. Those who believe that through the their misdeeds have achieved impunity.
The legitimate, official and people-invested state has so far proved to be too weak to hold accountable the magistrates of the illegitimate and criminal „deep state.” It remains then, that this paralegal and parajudiciary justice be applied by means of popular justice.
E. S. does not believe in divine justice. I do. However as I see it is carried out through people and that peoples are godly creations.
When secular courts betray them, the people ask for justice. And if justice is done by court decisions, when they oppose justice, then justice is done through blood.
The clock is ticking. I do not wish for this, but at some point, paraphrasing George Coşbuc, the people will inevitably want blood, not justice. Not the blood of vengeance, and even less so the blood of the innocents, shed until now by the selective justice of the „deep state,” but the blood of justice, which guarantees that the organized judicial abomination of the last decade and a half will never be happen again in Romania. Then, mister and misses magistrates, „Even if you are Christs, you shall not escape even in death!”
